General Discussion / Constitutional requirements to be President:
« Last post by Randall on April 29, 2012, 09:21:10 PM »
"No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States." ~  Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the US Constitution.

A constitution is a contract that forms a body politic call government that creates a contractual obligation with the duty to protect in return for the duty of allegiance which is a reciprocal obligation pledge.

There are three ways one can acquire allegiance to a body politic: nature, place of birth and by pledging.

Natural, by being born of two parents who are members of the body politic at the time of one's birth.

Example: I was born with natural blue eyes, acquired from my parents at the time of my birth. The only way one can acquire natural allegiance is through their parents.

According to the contract, in order to constitutionally qualify as president, one has to have acquired allegiance all three ways, "natural born citizen".

Obama himself, has already established that his father was a Kenyan national at the time of his birth giving him natural allegiance to Kenya. Barry Soetoro could have been born in Hawaii, but he still doesn't constitutionally qualify to be president.

What qualifies as a citizen obviously doesn't qualify one as president.  The only way to allow anyone but a person born of two parents who are citizens and born on American soil, is to amend the Constitution.  The Constitution has never amended the qualifications to be president.

The inauguration of Barack Obama created a line of demarcation, as to which side of the constitution one can be on. As of January 20, 2009, the federal government under Obama is 100% illegitimate, and the enemy of the constitutional government. Giving one's allegiance to the usurper will put one on the illegal side of the constitution, making one an enemy of the constitutional government.

The punishment for treason is death.

18 USC 2381 - Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

The issue rests on the word natural, which is what one is born with at the time of their birth. The only way Obama could have qualified as a constitutionally president, is if the constitution was amended so that one didn't have to have natural allegiance in order to qualify.  No one can deny that fact.

It is imperative that everyone understands their own contractual obligation to the constitution.  If they give their allegiance to the constitution, then they should follow it.

The reality is, you and I didn't write the Constitution; so, as an individual, in order to stay in honor one only has the one option, which is to either give their allegiance and uphold the constitutional government by exiting the current illegitimate body politic.

But to stay a member and giving their allegiance to the usurper is a clear act of treason.   To usurp the constitution is not only an act of treason, but they are violating the rights and sovereignty of those that are upholding the constitution.
